What services do you offer?
I currently offer:
- Peer Support for CPTSD, identity exploration, grounding, and co-regulation
- Survivor Advocacy especially for those impacted by domestic, military, or institutional abuse
- End-of-Life Consulting including grief support, legacy work, and navigating death and dying
Who do you support?
I offer support to anyone navigating trauma, identity, grief, or transition, especially those who feel like they’ve been left out or left behind by traditional systems of care.
I work most often with:
- Survivors of domestic, interpersonal, or institutional abuse
- 2SLGBTQIA+ folks, especially Trans and gender-expansive people
- Neurodivergent and dissociative systems
- Survivors harmed by military service members or institutions
- People exploring end-of-life, grief, and legacy work
If you’re unsure whether we’re a good fit, feel free to reach out. I’ll be honest about what I can offer, and if I’m not the right person, I’ll do my best to help connect you to someone who might be.
How do I schedule a session?
Reach out by email so we can set up a 30 minute consultation that fits your schedule- after that I will share my booking link for your first session and future meetings
What does “peer support” mean?
Peer support means I walk beside you, not above you. I offer care rooted in lived experience, mutual respect, and the belief that your story matters. I’m not a therapist or clinician, I’m a fellow traveler with tools and solidarity to share.
Do you offer sliding scale rates?
Yes. My services are available on a sliding scale to honor both accessibility and sustainability. See the “Pricing” page for full details, or reach out if you’d like to discuss what works for you.
Do you offer crisis response or on call services?
While we can work together to address moments of crisis and dysregulation during and after sessions, I do not have the capacity to offer on call crisis intervention. Our first session will include an active safety plan and non carceral crisis lines you can call if the need arises
Is this a confidential space?
Yes. I take privacy and safety seriously. I will never share your information without your consent, and do not engage in carceral responses
Can I bring a support person to a session?
Absolutely. This is your space. If it helps you feel safer or more grounded, you’re welcome to bring someone you trust, just let me know in advance
